Widefield School District 3 relied on school counselors spread across 16 different campuses to oversee the social and emotional health of its students. Because these counselors wore many hats, finding the time for one-on-one interactions with students was difficult at best.

The Solution:

Gaggle flags all potentially inappropriate or dangerous student situations and alerts district and school leaders immediately, thus allowing school staff to intervene and get students the help they need.

Emergency Situation Quickly Averted

The Results:

One of Widefield’s first alerts from Gaggle signaled that a student was in crisis. This emergency situation was quickly averted when district administrators responded to the notification. With this added oversight into student communications, school leaders now closely monitor and follow up on every Gaggle alert as they come in to help prevent worst-case scenarios.
